SHIPPING

IN SINGAPORE

Free shipping applies in Singapore by registered post and couriers.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment notification via email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery progress.

Deliveries take between 3 – 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship all orders from Singapore and ship to the UK, Australia and New Zealand. International shipments will require a signature upon delivery. All orders over $150 will received free shipping. These will be sent via an international carrier.

There are two options for International postage in either Zone 3 (Australia and New Zealand) or Zone 6 (United Kingdom) which you can select from during online checkout, up to 500g and above 500g. Visit our FAQ's page to see an approximation of how much your order will weigh.

You should be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to import fees of which we have no control and are unable to provide estimates of as they differ widely from country to country.

We do not take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Indii Breeze purchases, however if you change your mind, you can return merchandise purchased online at any time within 14 working days of receipt for a refund or an exchange (this applies to full priced items only). The merchandise must not have been worn, washed or damaged and all original tags attached.

Sale items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note only (3 month validity). If you would like an exchange there will be a charge for delivery of the new item.

Merchandise purchased online and believed to be faulty or damaged can be returned at any time.

All merchandise being posted back to Indii Breeze for a refund or an exchange should be posted to the below address.

Please include a completed return form, noting your requests when returning merchandise.

Allow up to 5 business days from the day your return is received for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.

EXCHANGES

We do our best to facilitate exchange requests, however if the requested size or style is unavailable at the time of processing your return please understand we may not be able to fulfill this for you. If you would like an exchange there will be a charge for delivery of the new item.
